The need

The client requested to define a detailed concept based on extended user research, in order to prepare the request for proposal for the design and implementation of the portal.

Job description

  • The project was based on an accurate analysis of the needs of the various user groups, carried out through a method called "Mental Model" . The research aimed at identifying the user tasks and the content, products and services that could be offered to support those tasks
  • Based on the user research outcomes, the structure of the website was conceived in the form of high level wireframes. The definition of content contribution methods was also part of the delivery, in order to allow the client to evaluate the implementation effort.
